We strongly advocate for the delivery of reliable, top-tier services and actively support participant Choice and Control.

While we service all Australians, our cultural intelligence framework encompasses country, culture, and spirituality, that plays an important role in the health and wellbeing of our Aboriginal and Torres Strait Islander people and/or community.  Aboriginal and Torres Strait Islander cultures have some similarities, but we have vast differences that the wider community must respect and understand.

Because of this, we pride ourselves on being culturally astute with our service delivery and our knowledge of cultural protocols, kinship systems, cultural capabilities, and cultural respect.

Our mission is to advocate for equity of holistic social and emotional support services and 'Closing the Gap' through access and timely service delivery of quality culturally appropriate support services to our NDIS participants.

At AMR, we strive to maximise the social and emotional well-being of all peoples in our communities through accessible, culturally appropriate and exceptional services and programs.

We champion the creation of an inclusive, accessible community that deeply values and respects all its members.

Underpinning our strategic goals are the following core values:

- Acknowledgement of Elders past, present and emerging

- Respect of our cultures and the cultures of others

- Diversity and inclusion

- Empowerment, identity, and commitment

- Integrity and accountability

- Excellence in quality service

- Community controlled and led
